Hardware Support

The ARMtech Helpdesk is available to assist users with hardware issues.

Example Helpdesk issues:
• Cannot connect to AgriNet.
• Password is not working or account locked out.
• AgriNet not starting or frozen.
• Printer issues, whether in or out of AgriNet.
• Equipment (computers, printers, networking, etc.) needs repair/replacement.
• Setting up connections to AgriNet, file transfer systems (FTP and SFTP), etc.
