Marketing Representative (All States)

ARMtech Insurance Services is seeking a Marketing Representative. Acting as a primary point of contact for agents, marketing representatives are expected to interpret government regulations associated with the Federal Crop Insurance Program, including researching agent concerns and providing timely, professional follow-up. 

They will train agents on both ARMtech procedure and company software while working to service, sell, and market products to agents and insureds. Successful candidates will be self-starters with strong analytical skill who pay attention to detail and can work with minimal supervision.  They should be able to communicate clearly and effectively while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating abilities to persuade and then sell to customers. 

In addition to maintaining existing ARMtech relationships, marketing representatives will be asked to make cold calls to prospective agents and be available to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight stays. They will be expected to learn how to use ARMtech’s proprietary suite of software programs, train agents, and conduct large group meetings, including public speaking.

High school education or equivalent is required with five or more years of related experience preferred. Familiarity with underwriting concepts, guidelines, practices, and procedures within the crop insurance industry is a must.

Senior Financial Analyst (Lubbock Office)

This position will work closely with the Controller and Assistant Controller to perform accounting duties which include preparation of quarterly financials schedules, monthly budget to actual reporting, budget analysis, as well as various other analytical duties. Must be detail oriented, have excellent computer, problem solving and communication skills and able to work in a team environment.

Training and Education Specialist (Lubbock Office)

ARMtech Insurance Services is seeking a Training and Educational Specialist.

The Training and Educational Specialist communicates with and trains crop insurance agents and ARMtech employees about products, services, policies, and procedures in regard to our proprietary software and the crop insurance industry as a whole. The Training Specialist will remain informed about the ever-changing government regulations pertaining to the deliverance of the Federal Crop Insurance Program, identify and assess training needs, develop teaching materials, and conduct face-to-face and online courses for both small and large groups. The position requires up to 60% travel and includes overnight stays.    

Successful candidates will be self-starters with strong analytical skills who pay attention to detail and can work with minimal supervision. They should be able to communicate clearly and effectively, be comfortable speaking to a large crowd, and demonstrate the ability to interface effectively with all levels of our organization. They will be expected to learn ARMtech’s suite of software programs in order to train and assist in providing user support to employees, agents, adjusters, and producers. 

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though one or more years of equivalent experience in training, education, or insurance is acceptable. Training and Educational Specialists report to the National Training Manager, and compensation is salaried, commensurate with experience.
