Who We Are
Currently the fifth largest writer of federally-sponsored crop insurance policies, AgRisk management Technologies (ARMtech) was created to manage the complexity of crop insurance through proactive and innovative solutions that blend extensive agribusiness experience with insurance expertise and high-tech software development.
With this goal in mind, ARMtech has revolutionized the crop insurance industry over the last twelve years with fully-integrated proprietary software that allows agents to service crop insurance policies as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Originally founded in 1996, ARMtech entered the crop insurance services business in 1999 as a Texas-based managing general agency. Four years later, ARMtech acquired American Agri-Business Insurance Company (AA-BIC), which holds a Standard Reinsurance Agreement with the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation.
In 2007, ARMtech joined Endurance Specialty Holdings, Ltd (ENH) as an independent business unit and wholly-owned subsidiary. Known for its expertise in a variety of niche markets, Endurance is a highly rated global insurance provider who specializes in property, casualty, healthcare liability, worker’s compensation, professional, and now agricultural lines of insurance.
Both ARMtech and Endurance bring a conservative approach to business operations, and both have prospered as a result.

AgriNet™ Crop – The most comprehensive crop insurance software on the market today, AgriNet™ Crop provides agents with real-time, online access to policyholder files in a user friendly format, and ARMtech’s in-house developers perform weekly system upgrades to ensure the AgriNet™ system remains up-to-date and on the cutting edge of technology.
AgriNet™ Imaging– With ARMtech’s integrated document imaging, all policy documents are scanned and placed into the AgriNet™ system; our agents need not worry about storing mounds of paperwork or sifting through endless files as the paperless office is always in order and always available for immediate access via the internet.
AgriNet™ Integrated Mapping System – Precise acreage reporting is now more critical than ever, and our mapping program provides visual reference that allows for greater accuracy and fewer errors. This mapping system is fully-integrated with the rest of the AgriNet™ software, making it easy to share information anywhere within the system.ARMtech can even provide it agents with pocket-sized map books for each insured free of charge, and wall maps for a nominal fee.
AgriNet ™ Adjuster – Reporting claims electronically ensures accuracy and greatly reduces the time it takes to process and pay claims; that is why ARMtech developed the AgriNet ™ Adjuster program. Our adjusters have the opportunity to calculate and then input claims directly into AgriNet ™, guaranteeing that the customers receive their indemnity payments as soon as possible.
AgriNet™ MarketEdge – Crop insurance agents are playing increasingly more diverse roles as they strive to meet the changing needs of their customers; with this in mind, ARMtech has developed MarketEdge, an interactive software that allows agents to help manage many of the financial aspects their customer’s farming operations by providing detailed comparisons between the different options in crop insurance products, coverage levels, and marketing plans, including on-demand custom quotes. MarketEdge is easy to use and does not even require an internet connection.

As a means of support, ARMtech likewise employs highly experienced underwriters and claims personnel to provide assistance to the network of agents.
