The Armtech Insurance Services sponsored E&O program provides broad coverage and various limit options to those insurance agencies with a current ARMtech Insurance appointment. Coverage is to be provided by the American Automobile Insurance Company, a Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company with a A.M. Best Rating of A(Excellent): XV*.

Agencies eligible for automatic enrollment are:
- Contracted ARMtech Agencies
- Agencies that have been in business at least three years under current management
- Agencies with at least 20% of their revenues with ARMtech.
- Agencies with no more than one claim in the past four years that had less than $5,000 in total paid losses.
- Agencies with no deferred annuity sales.
